Lauren O’Shannessy – senior florist

Lauren completed an apprenticeship and short career in hairdressing before deciding to return to school to train as a florist at the Gordon Institute of TAFE in 2007. After graduating with her Certificate III in Floristry, Lauren held down senior florist positions at two different florists in Geelong before taking up a role as specialist wedding florist at Smellies in 2009.

Lauren loves weddings; she is passionate about creating unique and personalized designs for every bride who walks through the door and excited to see all her ideas and concepts come to fruition on the day. She is meticulous with her attention to detail which makes her the perfect match for brides wanting a point of difference on their big day.

Lauren is currently on maternity leave with little Evie, but looking forward to returning to Smellies and all those weddings soon!
